At Frannie's Hair, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused hair products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, extensions and wigs must remain in their original factory seal to be eligible for a refund.

Package Your Item
Securely place the unused items back into their original box, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to avoid damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
